Module 3:Privacy Operational Life Cycle: Assess
Addresses documentation in the privacy program, processors and vendor management, and risk assessment. It also teaches data protection in mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture.
Module 4:Privacy Operational Life Cycle: Protect
Focuses on information security, privacy by design, and integrating data protection into the functional areas across the organisation.
Module 5:Privacy Operational Life Cycle: Sustain
Explains the monitoring function and the need for audit in the privacy operation in the organisation.
Module 6: Privacy Operational Life Cycle: Respond
Explains the procedure to respond to data subjects requests and security incidents, including data breaches.

Ridwan Oloyede is the Co-Founder of Tech Hive Advisory, where he leads the technology policy team. He advises on the global aspects of cybersecurity policy, data protection and privacy laws, digital health and digital ethics. Ridwan is a Fellow of Information Privacy with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and a Research Fellow at the African Academic Network on Internet Policy. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional in European Data Protection Law (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Ridwan is also an expert at the Data Protection Unit of the Council of Europe and an official IAPP training provider.
