Startup Laws in Africa: Highlights and Comparison

In April 2018, Tunisia became the first African country to pass a Startup Act which officially began to take effect in October 2018. The law seeks to provide a framework for the resurrection and development of emerging businesses that achieve high added value both at the national and international level.
